Georgia lands commitment from big-time Tennessee DL Bill Norton

The Georgia Bulldogs landed another big-time addition Sunday to its top-ranked 2019 recruiting class.
Four-star DL Bill Norton (Memphis, TN) committed to the Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Tennessee and LSU, among others. He most recently visited Tennessee Saturday.
The 6-foot-6, 270-pound SDE ranks as the nation’s No. 128 overall player, the No. 11 SDE and the state’s No. 3 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Norton became the Dawgs’ eighth commitment for the class of 2019 and the second DE in the class, joining 5-star Nolan Smith. He announced his decision via Twitter:
