Georgia lands commitment from 4-star 2020 OL out of Texas, former A&M commit

The Georgia Bulldogs held their annual spring game on Saturday, and that wasn’t the only piece of good news coach Kirby Smart’s squad got.

On Saturday evening, 4-star OL Akinola Ogunbiyi announced he was committing to the Bulldogs.

As you can see below, the Texas native (and one-time Texas A&M commit) announced his decision via Twitter:

Per the 247Sports composite, Ogunbiyi is the No. 12 offensive guard in the 2020 class and the No. 34 overall recruit from the state of Texas.

The Bulldogs now have seven players in their 2020 class, which currently ranks No. 12 in the nation and No. 5 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
