The Georgia Bulldogs are gearing up for a tough conference clash with the rival Auburn Tigers.
The Bulldogs are looking to bounce back from a tough loss to Alabama in Week 5. Meanwhile, the Tigers suffered a heartbreaking loss at home to Oklahoma a week ago.
Ahead of this matchup, the Bulldogs have revealed their team captains.

Safety Dan Jackson, linebacker CJ Allen, wide receiver Dillon Bell, and offensive tackle Earnest Greene III will be the captains for this important matchup.
Jackson is tied for 2nd on the team with 19 total tackles. The safety also has 1 interception and a fumble recovery. Allen is one of the leaders on the defense, leading the team with 21 total tackles.
Meanwhile, Bell has caught 14 passes for 198 yards and 2 TDs on the season. Greene has been arguably the team’s most consistent lineman on a unit that has allowed just 5 sacks this season.
Last weekend, Carson Beck, Trevor Etienne, Jalon Walker, and Malaki Starks were the team’s captains.
The Bulldogs have owned the Tigers of late in the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry. The Bulldogs have won 7 in a row, but last year’s game was closer than many anticipated. Georgia escaped Auburn with a 7-point victory last season to remain perfect at the time.
Overall, the Bulldogs have won 64 times in the rivalry while the Tigers have won 56 and the teams have tied 8 times.
The Bulldogs and Tigers will kick off from Sanford Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET in Week 6.
