Georgia players soak in the sights, sounds of championship parade

The Georgia Bulldogs did what many were skeptical of them being able to do for the 2022 season — repeat as college football national champions. The team continued the celebration in the championship parade, where the team was met with open arms by fans in Athens, Georgia.
The Bulldogs sent a resounding message earlier this month as they topped the TCU Horned Frogs, 65-7 on the sport’s biggest stage. Quarterback Stetson Bennett IV, despite the mixed opinions that surround him and his NFL trajectory, finished out the game 18-of-25 passing for 304 yards with 4 touchdowns on an interception-free outing with 2 scores on the ground to add to it.
Now projected by several analysts to be college football’s next dynasty team, whether or not the Bulldogs can go three-peat will be something to watch, but they’re taking the time soak it all in for now:
