Georgia S J.R. Reed announces plans for 2019

Not everybody is leaving UGA just yet. After a wave of recent departures, the Bulldogs learned one junior with a decision to make has decided to stay in Athens.

Starting S J.R. Reed announced Sunday via his Twitter account that he will be returning for his senior season. The veteran starter appeared in all 14 games for the Dawgs this season. He recorded 66 total tackles, including two for loss. He also had a quarterback hurry and two pass breakups.

Reed started his career at Tulsa, but transferred to Georgia after the 2015 season.
