Georgia and Texas will face off in the SEC Championship Game in a matchup that features a rematch from earlier in the season. In that game, the Bulldogs went to Austin and physically dominated Texas by a score of 30-15.
The Bulldogs won the battle of the line of scrimmage, especially on the defensive side of the ball. In that game, Texas ran the ball 27 times for only 29 yards, while the Bulldogs also finished the game with 7 sacks.
As the 2 teams prepare for the rematch in Atlanta this week, Georgia safety Malaki Starks said Texas looks like a more physical team than they were earlier in the season.
Georgia safety Malaki Starks on what looks different about Texas: "I think their ability to run the ball, that changed I would say. They looked a lot more physical, still very explosive. … They're not the same Texas team we played before, but we're not the same Georgia team"

Both teams figure to be in the College Football Playoffs regardless of the outcome in this game, but the stakes are extremely high in this. The winner of this game will be guaranteed a first round bye. In Georgia’s case, the Bulldogs with a loss could have to play a first round game on the road.
Kickoff for the SEC Championship will be at 4 p.m. ET and the game will be aired on ABC.
