Former Texas A&M offensive lineman Germain Ifedi suffered an ankle injury during the Seattle Seahawks’ practice this week, according to Zac Jackson of Pro Football Talk.
Ifedi was listed as “a limited practice participant” on the Seahawks’ participation and injury report Wednesday.
Seattle selected Ifedi with the No. 31 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, becoming the fourth consecutive A&M offensive lineman selected in the first round after Luke Jockel (2013), Jake Matthews (2014) and Cedric Ogbuehi (2015).
The former Aggie lineman started in all four of the Seahawks’ preseason games at right guard and was listed as the team’s starter heading into Week 1.
