While we in the SEC were raving about Arkansas’s 142-62 win over Mississippi Valley State, a different Division I team was lighting up the scoreboard.
That team would be the Samford Bulldogs, who are running up the score against Division III Greenville (IL) on Wednesday night.
As you can see below, the Bulldogs scored a whopping 102 points … in the first half! They led 102-50 going into the intermission:
We're just gonna leave this here….

With 5 minutes left in the second half, the score was 154-82. So, it’s important to note that while the Bulldogs are putting up big-time points, they’re also letting their opponents score a ton, too.
Still, that has to be some exhausting, but highly entertaining, basketball to play and watch.
