Gut-Check Time: 25 important questions about SEC football for November (and some that aren’t so important)

I love November. My favorite month of the year.
The weather is fantastic (here in Florida). The football is great. The College Football Playoff debate is raging. Coaches are getting canned. What’s not to love?
As we look forward to this great calendar month, I’ve got 25 important questions to ponder.
1. Will we get undefeated Alabama vs. undefeated Georgia in the 2017 SEC Championship Game?
2. Will the game be just as good as the 2012 SEC Championship Game?
3. Can you believe that Mark Richt didn’t call a timeout before Aaron Murray’s tipped pass?
4. Did you know I still cashed in on that game because Georgia covered the spread?
5. How great is the SEC when the SEC Championship Game is essentially a play-in game for the College Football Playoff?
6. Or, is it? Will we see two SEC teams in the College Football Playoff?
7. If we get an Alabama-Georgia national championship game, will the media try to break the current 4-team Playoff system just like it did to the BCS after the Alabama-LSU BCS Championship?
8. How many tweets from @SDS will make fun of other conferences if the SEC gets two teams in the playoff? Over/under is set at 325.
9. How many more coaches will be fired before the end of November?
10. How many people will be in the stands of Neyland Stadium by the end of November?
11. Once Butch Jones gets canned, Tennessee is going to hire someone pretty mediocre again, isn’t it?
12. Who will make the bold move of hiring Lane Kiffin? (Arkansas, we’re looking at you.)
13. What will the NCAA sanctions be for Ole Miss?
14. Do we even care at this point?
15. What’s the name of the Ole Miss coach again?
16. How many Tennessee message board threads will talk about Jon Gruden throughout November? Over/under is set at 20,000.
17. Will Dan Mullen ever leave Starkville?
18. Will November be a typical November for Kevin Sumlin?
19. Can Jalen Hurts get to New York as a Heisman finalist?
20. Will Florida vs. Florida State be a battle for bowl eligibility?
21. Will Scott Frost go with his heart (Nebraska) or his head (Florida)? Are we sure anyone’s heart is really with Nebraska?
22. Can Auburn throw a wrench in our plans for an amazing SEC Championship Game by knocking off Georgia or Alabama?
23. If they somehow do both, could Auburn be the first two-loss team in the College Football Playoff?
24. Can Jake Fromm own November when he’s likely tasked with leading his team with his arm?
25. How thankful are you to be a fan of the greatest college football conference in the land? I pity the fans elsewhere.
