With the 1st CFP rankings dropping on Tuesday, many football fans will wonder how the BCS would’ve ranked the teams differently. Fortunately, there’s an X account that simulates how the BCS would rank teams.

The simulated BCS rankings have Oregon as a clear No. 1, while Ohio State, Georgia, Miami, and Texas round out the top 5. See the complete simulated BCS rankings below:

  1. Oregon
  2. Ohio State
  3. Georgia
  4. Miami
  5. Texas
  6. Penn State
  7. Indiana
  8. Tennessee
  9. BYU
  10. Notre Dame
  11. Alabama
  12. SMU
  13. Boise State
  14. LSU
  15. Ole Miss
  16. Texas A&M
  17. Iowa State

Oregon appears to be a clear favorite for the No. 1 ranking. The Ducks improved to 9-0 after beating Michigan in Week 10. Ohio State remains near the top after once again beating Penn State, while Georgia, Miami, and Texas round out the BCS top 5.
