NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport announced Friday night that he’s been suspended from the network until October 22.

“Recently, I posted something to my social channels without clearance from NFL Network, which went against its guidelines. As a result, I will be off-air until October 22,” Rapoport’s statement read. “I respect and understand the decision made by the network and am deeply sorry for my mistake.”

Although Rapoport didn’t address what got him suspended, multiple reports emerged saying it was a “Manscaped” ad posted to his social media pages. The “Manscaping Lawn Mower” said it was the “perfect tool for your family jewels.” The insider has 2.3 million followers on Twitter.

Suspending Rapoport in the middle of the season is a bold move for the NFL Network, as he’s one of the top insiders in the league on the network and NFL.com.

The insider has been with the NFL Network since 2012.
