If Texas and Oklahoma are added, SEC projects to make as much revenue as NCAA by 2024-25

It just means more money.
That’s the bottom line regarding the pending expansion of Texas and Oklahoma to the Southeastern Conference.
All parties involved will solidify their futures and take a step closer to potentially breaking away from the NCAA.
While he didn’t quite go that far, Steve Berkowitz of USA TODAY is reporting that the SEC projects to make $1.3 billion in revenue for its 2024-25 fiscal year provided Texas and Oklahoma join the league.
That same year, the NCAA projects to make $1.28 billion in revenue.
According to Berkowitz’s numbers, the SEC was set to make $812 million in 2024-25 after combining national and local TV/radio revenue.
Texas and Oklahoma each project to bring in the SEC $60 million annually by that time, which would give the league total revenue figure at $1.301 billion.
