Immanuel Quickley will not be making the jump to the NBA, the Kentucky freshman has “unfinished business” in Lexington.

The freshman guard announced his decision on Friday by posting the following video on his Instagram account, featuring the caption “unfinished business” along with “Year 2” below the video.

The freshman from Maryland appeared in all 37 games for Kentucky last season. He reached double digits in six games during his freshman season and Kentucky had a perfect 6-0 record in those games. Considering Kentucky may potentially lose as many as three players to the NBA this offseason, Quickley is likely to start for the Wildcats next season as a sophomore if he continues to progress during the offseason.
