Incredible late-game blunders from Norfolk State, Virginia State lead to ridiculous finish

You have never, ever seen it all.
It seems Norfolk State and Virginia State both wanted to lose their Week 1 matchup against the other Saturday afternoon. In a sequence that is almost too ridiculous to sum up with words, Norfolk State coughed up a truly golden opportunity to steal a win from VSU.
Here’s the gist: Virginia State, facing 4th and 7 from within their own 10-yard line, decides to run out of bounds with 1 second remaining, giving Norfolk State the ball within VSU’s 10 and 1 second remaining, trailing by just 3.
Then, more unthinkable happens. Norfolk State has trouble with the snap, leading to a 90-yard scoop and score for Virginia State, which wins 33-24.
