Former Tennessee defensive back Inky Johnson sure has a story to tell, and the Georgia Bulldogs heard it Tuesday night.

Kirby Smart tweeted out a photo of Johnson thanking him for speaking to the team.

Johnson has been an inspiration throughout his career, from when he was suiting up for Tennessee on Saturdays and especially now as he travels around sharing his message.

Johnson severely damaged the nerves and blood vessels of his right brachial plexus while making a tackle during the 2006 season. The incident left him with a paralyzed right arm.

If you haven’t heard Johnson’s message, you must watch below.

Although Tennessee and Georgia are rivals on the field — and no doubt Johnson remembers that tough SEC East matchup, it was a smart play by UGA to bring him to Athens.
