The NFL has gotten tougher on players who do not follow the COVID-19 protocols set forth recently by the league. New England Patriots and former Auburn quarterback Cam Newton had to sit out 5 days because of an issue with off-site testing and now the NFL just put former Georgia wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie on notice about not wearing a mask.

McKenzie, who plays now for the Buffalo Bills, is unvaccinated and apparently has violated the rules on multiple occasions and the NFL called him out in a letter that was sent to him. He was also reportedly fined nearly $15,000.

It appears according to this letter, that he continues to ignore and violate the rules despite being told several times he had to follow the mandates put out by the league.

His continued violation of the rules could mean a huge fine and other disciplinary action either taken by the team or by the NFL.

The Bills have several players on the team who have yet to be vaccinated, including wide receiver Cole Beasley, who has been very outspoken about this issue.

Here’s the letter McKenzie received from the NFL:
