Jabari Smith came up clutch on Friday night for the Houston Rockets in Summer League.

Trailing by 2 points with under 1 seconds remaining, Smith caught an in-bounds pass from forward Tari Eason, quickly set his feet and then fired a game-winning 3-point shot from above the arc.

Here’s a look at the final play:

Smith scored 33 points on 8-of-18 shooting on the night. He also added 7 rebounds.

The former Auburn forward is entering his 2nd NBA season. He was the No. 3 overall pick by the Rockets in the 2022 NBA Draft.

It was an up-and-down rookie season for Smith, who struggled to score efficiently during his first campaign. He shot 40.8 percent from the floor and 30.7 percent from 3-point range last season.

Smith and the Rockets will be in action again on Sunday in Las Vegas.
