Jac Caglianone, Florida baseball star, trolls umpire following questionable Brandon Neely ejection

SEC umps have had a rough week. Then again, that seems to be a pretty common theme these days.
On Sunday, Florida pitcher Brandon Neely celebrated a massive strikeout against Georgia, pumping his fists after getting out of an inning in what was at the time a close game between the Gators and Bulldogs.
Though it seemed like a normal response, the home plate umpire deemed it excessive and threw him out of the game, much to the dismay of Florida fans in the crowd.
And the outcry was completely warranted. See the terrible ejection for yourself below:

Jac Caglianone, the nation’s leading home run hitter and a top-notch LHP for the Gators, trolled the ump perfectly in response just 1 inning later. He blew the game wide open with a Grand Slam in the bottom of the 8th and walked back to the dugout like a robot, not celebrating even a bit.

Let’s reiterate this if you haven’t heard of Caglianone already: the Florida sophomore has hit 21 home runs this season, including 2 Sunday for a total of 7 RBI on the day, and can hit 99 on the clock on the bump. He’s part of the reason why Florida baseball is so dangerous this season and deserving of a No. 3 ranking.
The Gators went on to win 11-6, pushing their record to 30-7 on the season. Next up for the Gators is a midweek battle against Florida A&M before travelling to Columbia to take on a red-hot South Carolina club.
