Quinerly had aspirations to test the NBA Draft after this past season. Unfortunately, he sustained an ACL tear during the NCAA Tournament loss to Notre Dame and had to reevaluate.
Now, Quinerly will be back for another season at Alabama where he will be a key piece for head coach Nate Oats. Quinerly appeared in 33 games (27 starts) last season and was second on the Crimson Tide in scoring (13.8 points) and assists (4.2).
In two seasons at Alabama, Quinerly is averaging 13.4 points per game in 63 games played (34). He is also averaging 3.7 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 0.7 steals while shooting 44% from the floor and 34% from 3-point range.
