Jakob Gude, 2024 SEC DB target from Georgia, reveals top 5, commitment date

Jakob Gude is getting ready to make his college decision. The defensive back from Fairburn, Georgia has named his top 5 teams ahead of his commitment on July 6.
Alabama and Florida are in the mix for Gude. He’s also considering Ohio State, Oregon and UCF.

Out of Langston Hughes High School, Gude is listed as measuring over 5-11 and 180 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Gude is rated 3-stars, the No. 42 safety, No. 54 Peach State product and No. 456 prospect overall nationally in the Class of 2024.
Gude has picked up 21 scholarship offers during his recruitment. In March, he named a top 10 that included his top 5 as well as Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Texas and Texas A&M.
In the spring, Gude took visits to Gainesville and Tuscaloosa.
