Jalen Cook transferring back to LSU after 2 seasons at Tulane

Jalen Cook is going back to LSU.
After a season with the Tigers, Cook transferred to Tulane. He decided to transfer again after 2 seasons playing for the Green Wave. Friday, he revealed he is transferring back to LSU.
Cook shared a fitting social media announcement.

As a freshman, Cook played in 20 games for LSU during the 2020-21 season. He averaged 3.1 points, 0.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists over 7.5 minutes per game. Cook had a pair of double-figure games, scoring 10 versus Louisiana Tech and 11, his season-high, at Georgia.
At Tulane, Cook has been a regular starter for the past 2 seasons. With the Green Wave, Cook has averaged 19 points, 4.9 assists and 2.9 rebounds over 34.1 minutes per game. Cook was a 44.2% shooter from the field during his 2 seasons at Tulane, shooting 36.6% from 3-point territory.
Cook was named First-Team All-AAC each season with Tulane. He chose to go back to LSU over Auburn, Ole Miss and Gonzaga.
Born in Baton Rouge, Cook played for Walker High School.
