Jaron Willis is headed to Oxford. Willis, a 4-star linebacker who had committed to Georgia Tech, decomitted from the Yellow Jackets, which allowed the Rebels to take advantage of the situation.

Willis, a Lee County High School standout from Leesburg, Georgia, chose the Rebels over the likes of Georgia Tech, Arkansas, Pitt, and Florida State.

Willis explained why he chose to play for Lane Kiffin to 247Sports.

“These are places I can see myself playing at and growing at and just playing ball there and being able to be myself around them.”

“I’m looking for a place, who can compete in championships, who can help me grow as a complete player and complete man outside of school and take my talents to the next level after college,” Willis said.

Willis is ranked the 17th ranked linebacker in the country on the 247Sports Composite.
