Jarrett Stidham discusses future plans, timeline for NFL decision

After the Auburn Tigers take on UCF in the Peach Bowl on Monday afternoon, star QB Jarrett Stidham will be on the clock.
That’s because he’ll have two weeks after the game to decide whether he wants to return to Auburn or enter the 2018 NFL Draft.
It seems as if Stidham is leaning toward returning, but on Sunday morning, he said he hasn’t really been focusing on his NFL decision at all (via MontgomeryAdviser.com):
“I really don’t know, haven’t really thought about it at all,” Stidham said. “Since the SEC Championship Game, I’ve been focused on finals and finishing out my grades the right way, focus on my family a lot and obviously this game so that’s where my mindset has been at.”
The Tigers could certainly use Stidham back next year, especially if star RBs Kerryon Johnson and Kamryn Pettway head off to the NFL.
Though Stidham isn’t expected to turn pro, Auburn fans will be a bit on edge until he announces his final decision.
