Jaxson Dart has cemented himself into the Ole Miss record books in Week 10. The game isn’t even to halftime yet, and the QB’s impressive first-half performance has made him the school’s all-time total offense leader.

With just under 2 minutes to play in the half, Dart had completed 13 of 18 passes for 250 yards and 3 TDs. Dart’s big half had the Rebels leading 28-10 to that point.

Now, the star QB has collected more combined rushing and passing yards than anyone in school history at 10,490 and counting.

Dart’s college career began at USC. The QB played in 6 games as a freshman with the Trojans in 2021, throwing for 1,353 yards with 9 TDs and 5 INTs. Dart transferred to Ole Miss ahead of the 2022 season and has been the starter ever since.

Heading into Week 10, Dart had thrown for 9,033 yards with 58 TDs and 19 INTs as a Rebel. The QB racked up 1,210 rushing yards and 12 rushing scores as well.

Dart is 3rd in Ole Miss history in career passing yards, behind only Eli Manning and Bo Wallace. The QB is also 3rd in career passing TDs, once again behind only Manning and Wallace. Manning was never a running QB, but Wallace racked up 944 rushing yards in his career.

In 2024, Dart is 3rd in the nation in total passing yards and 4th in passing yards per game. The star QB has the Rebels sitting at the No. 4 passing offense in the country.

The Rebels are now hoping to improve to 7-2 overall and 3-2 in SEC play. The Rebels hold a 35-10 lead heading into halftime.
