Jayden Daniels is making a strong case for Heisman, and on Monday, he got a strong endorsement.
After LSU released a promo video for Daniels’ Heisman campaign, his mother seconded LSU’s endorsement for Daniels as a Heisman candidate.

Daniels has had a monster season, and he’s ready to make a run for Heisman. The quarterback added to his case on Saturday with a huge game against Florida where he picked up 372 passing yards, 234 rushing yards and 5 total touchdowns.
On the season, Daniels has 3,164 passing yards and 30 passing touchdowns to go along with 918 rushing yards and 8 rushing touchdowns.
While Daniels’ team hasn’t had the same success as the likes of Washington’s Michael Penix Jr. or Oregon’s Bo Nix, his numbers speak for themselves and he’s clearly a top player in the NCAA. It won’t be a surprise to see Daniels on the stage in New York in December.
