Jaydon Blue will not play for Texas as it hosts UTSA in Austin on Saturday.

In Week 2, against Michigan, he had 9 touches for 22 yards and 3 catches for 37 yards but suffered an injury during the 1st quarter. That injury apparently hasn’t healed up enough to make him available against the Roadrunners.

Texas and UTSA kick off from DKR Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m. ET, with the game set to be televised on ESPN. The two teams have met just once on the gridiron, a 41-20 victory for the Longhorns in 2022.
As for Blue, he’ll have at least one week to get healthy.
Just in, Texas RB Jaydon Blue, DL Aaron Bryant, and DB Jelani McDonald are out for tonight's matchup against UTSA.#HookEm | @TSTVSports
