JUCO recruiting, of course, has changed in the era of the one-time transfer waiver and the portal. Pittman has picked up 11 scholarship offers, including Colorado, Louisiana Tech, Louisana-Monroe and Western Kentucky. Out of Taylorsville (Mississippi) High School, Pittman had offers from Memphis, Mississippi Valley State and Samford.
Pittman is commitment No. 16 in Mississippi State’s 2023 recruiting class. The Bulldogs also have 3-star RB Seth Davis out of Katy (Texas) pledged to play for Mike Leach’s squad.
