Remember when Jim Harbaugh made headlines for sleeping over at the house of the nation’s top kicking recruit?
Well, apparently the Michigan coach is at it again today.
Recruiting reporter Brice Marich Tweeted this out on Monday evening:
AZ DE Connor Murphy will have an in-home visit tomorrow night with #Michigan HC Jim Harbaugh & he'll also sleep over pic.twitter.com/AU61zuzPbR

Once is a splash for attention, twice means this might actually be a working strategy.
The results of his first overnight visit, appear to have been positive:
Spoke with #Michigan target and #1 2016 K Quinn Nordin, "(sleepover) was awesome,". He talked about the bond him and Harbaugh grew recently.

Given Harbaugh’s clout on the national recruiting scene, it seems inevitable that he’ll eventually try to poach a SEC recruit using these tactics.
And if it works, will is spark a rash of SEC coaches requesting sleepovers at recruits houses? Or will someone file a complaint requesting a rule change that prohibits overnight visits from coaches?
If there’s one thing we know, it’s that SEC schools refuse to be outworked in the recruiting world, so stay tuned.
