Jimbo Fisher compares being a quarterback to being a mother: ‘You have to clean up everyone else’s messes’

Jimbo Fisher had an interesting analogy to explain what being a quarterback is like. Haynes King, listen up.

As unorthodox as it is, Fisher’s analogy makes a good point. An iffy team can be made much better by a great quarterback, but it doesn’t work the other way around. At the same time, a play can be saved by a talented quarterback following route miscommunications, missed blocking assignments and so on.

Thankfully for Aggies fans, King shouldn’t have to worry too much about having to carry this team. The Aggies are a top 10 team by just about every metric in the country and are oozing with talent
