Texas A&M’s upset loss to Appalachian State on Saturday has been the talk of the college football world ever since.

The Mountaineers went into College Station and pulled off a 17-14 win, throwing a wrench into the Aggies’ hopes of landing a spot in the College Football Playoff.

Jimbo Fisher met with the media Monday and assigned much of the blame for the loss to the offense.

After all, he said, when you give up just 17 points, you expect to win.

“We did not execute to the level we needed to execute at to win the game,” Fisher said. “I’m very disappointed in how we played and how we did. We had opportunities to win the game and should have played much better. We have to practice better and play better.”

Could there be some changes coming on offense for the Aggies? It’s very possible.

In his press conference, Fisher added that the Aggies “possibly could” make a change at quarterback either this week against No. 13 Miami or in the future.

He also said that he would consider handing off play-calling duties if he believes the offense would benefit.

You can see all of Fisher’s comments from his Monday press conference in the video below:
