Jimbo Fisher enjoyed the win over South Carolina on Saturday as the Aggies stopped their 2-game losing streak with a 30-17 win.
There was a slow start in which the Aggies gave up several sacks, and struggled to gain yards. But they bounced back and found a groove, especially late in the first half. Fisher surprised some with a timeout to get the ball back late in the 1st half, and the Aggies converted to build the lead.
The Aggies played well at times, but still looked for consistency as they get set for tougher opponents down the stretch.
Here are some of Fisher’s comments:
Jimbo Fisher: “Happy for our guys. Got a win. Handled the things we had to handle. Wasn’t perfect but did really good things.”
