Joe Burrow may be the most popular man in Louisiana at the moment.
The 2019 Heisman Trophy winner played a huge role in the Tigers capturing their latest national championship and the program’s fans did their best to honor their conquering hero on Saturday during LSU’s championship parade, which finished inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
