The way ESPN college basketball analyst Joe Lunardi sees it, the SEC still has eight teams heading to the NCAA Tournament — with a ninth team just on the outside looking in.

Lunardi updated his latest Bracketology list following Wednesday night’s college basketball action around the country. If you missed the action from the SEC, Auburn beat Alabama 90-71, Tennessee beat Florida 62-57 and South Carolina beat Georgia 66-57. All of those results were important, as Auburn closed in on an SEC title with the win, Tennessee took a two-game lead on second place in the conference and bubble team Georgia suffered a tough loss.

Saturday will be another big day for the conference as seven games are set to take place:

Tennessee at Ole Miss, LSU at Georgia, South Carolina at Mississippi State, Texas A&M at Vanderbilt, Arkansas at Alabama, Missouri at Kentucky and Auburn at Florida.

Here’s how Lunardi currently as the SEC teams in his latest ESPN Bracketology list:

#2 — Auburn (South) — static

#4 — Tennessee (East) — static

#5 — Kentucky (Midwest) — trending up

#7 — Florida (Midwest) — trending down

#7 — Missouri (East) — static

#8 — Alabama (South) — trending down

#9 — Texas A&M (West) — trending down

#9 — Arkansas (East) — trending up

Georgia (Next Four Out) — static
