Joe Moore III is coming home. The St. Louis native is transferring to Mizzou after 3 seasons at Arizona State.

Moore shared the big news on Twitter.

Moore, a Tiger legacy, played in just 1 game during ASU’s 4-game 2020 season. The past 2 seasons, he made 22 appearances for the Sun Devils.

The 2022 season was Moore’s most productive year yet. Moore recorded 24 total tackles, including 10 solo stops, 4 tackles for loss and 2 sacks, along with a fumble recovery. He has 2 full season eligibility remaining.

It has been a big day for the Tigers. Saturday morning, former Ole Miss WR Dannis Jackson was the first transfer commitment of the day for Eli Drinkwitz’s staff. Starting tackle Javon Foster also announced his return to Mizzou for the 2023 season.
