Alabama makes top 5 for 4-star 2023 DL, top-100 recruit, out of Florida

After picking up 35 scholarship offers, Orlando-area defensive lineman John Walker says 5 teams have separated themselves from the rest of the pack.
Walker shared that Alabama is in his top group, along with Florida State, Ohio State, Penn State and UCF.

An Osceola standout from Kissimmee, Florida, Walker is listed at 6-4, 280 pounds and rated 4-stars, the No. 17 defensive lineman, No. 20 Sunshine State recruit and No. 99 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite. Walker’s scholarship offers include Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.
