Jonah Williams had a tough lucky injury during last week’s playoff win for the Cincinnati Bengals. As the team prepares for a tough road game against the Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati officially announced Williams’ designation for Sunday.

When the injury report came out Friday, Williams was ruled out for the game in Buffalo after dislocating his knee cap during the win over the Baltimore Ravens. Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor had said Williams is “week-to-week” so there remains a possibility the offensive lineman can return in the playoffs if the Bengals win Sunday.

This is not the first time this season Williams has battled the ailment. He previously revealed he pushed through the issue during a Week 5 game.

Williams started 16 games during the regular season for Cincinnati and has been a consistent contributor for the Bengals since the team drafted him No. 11 overall in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Alabama.
