Battle aided Alabama in its Sugar Bowl victory over Kansas State last Saturday, earning the first takeaway of the game with an early interception. He’s set to be one of the top defenders available in the draft.
Battle totaled 252 tackles, 10 pass deflections, 1 sack, 6 interceptions and 3 touchdowns across his 4 years in Tuscaloosa. His junior year was his best, totaling 3 of his 6 interceptions that season.
Battle is likely to be a 2nd round pic in the 2023 NFL Draft.
