Jordan Davis, former Georgia standout, expected to miss multiple games with injury, per report

Jordan Davis will reportedly be missing a few upcoming weeks of his rookie season. Davis appears to be dealing with a high-ankle sprain, according to NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport.
The injury typically comes with an absence of 4-to-6 weeks, Rapoport notes. Davis will have an MRI to better determine how long he will be sidelined.

Eagles beat reporter Josh Tolentino observed that Davis was on crutches and sporting a walking boot in the locker room after Philadelphia’s Sunday game against Pittsburgh.

Davis has played in 7 games, making 5 starts. The No. 13 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft has 14 tackles, including 2 before his exit Sunday.
