Justin Powell, former Tennessee and Auburn sharpshooter, announces Pac-12 transfer destination

Justin Powell started his college career at Auburn, showing lots of promise in 2020-21 before an injury cut his season short.
He transferred to Tennessee for the 2021-22 season, but only averaged 14 minutes per game for the Vols and never got back to his 2020-21 form.
This offseason, he entered the NCAA transfer portal again, and as you can see below, he took to Twitter on Tuesday night to reveal he was committing to Washington State in the Pac-12:

Powell appeared in 30 games for the Vols last year, starting 1 of them. He averaged 3.7 points and 1.5 rebounds per contest.
How will he fare at Washington State? We’ll see if he can get back to the sharpshooting form he showed at Auburn 2 seasons ago.
