Kayshon Boutte scored his first NFL touchdown on Saturday. The New England Patriots faced the Green Bay Packers in preseason game number two.

Boutte was taken in the sixth round by the Patriots in the 2023 NFL Draft. He played in 11 games for LSU last season with 538 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns.

Boutte caught a pass in stride during the 2nd quarter and took it to the house for a 42-yard score. The former Tiger accelerated past the defense for six points.

There was an injury scare in the fourth quarter of the game. Former Florida State CB Isaiah Bolden was unconscious after taking a hit late in the game.

Bolden has since been released from the Green Bay hospital where he stayed overnight for observation. New England decided to cancel its upcoming joint practices with the Tennessee Titans after the injury scare.

The Patriots are still planning on playing the Titans, but will hold practices back in Foxboro.

That game will take place in Nashville, Tennessee on Friday at 8:15 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
