Kendall Jackson made an 11th hour flip from Miami to play in the SEC.

The 3-star defensive line recruit from Gainesville, Florida, who’d been committed to the Hurricanes for about 10 days after he previously was committed to Florida, is now with the Aggies. He committed to Florida in July.

Out of Buchholz High School, Jackson is listed as measuring 6-4, 250 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Jackson is rated 4-stars, the No. 44 defensive lineman, No. 52 player in the Sunshine State and No. 406 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Jackson will follow former Florida defensive line coach Sean Spencer to Texas A&M after he recently was named to the Aggies’ staff.

Jackson is the 8th-highest recruit in A&M’s class of 15 commits to date. The Aggies are ranked No. 19 in the 247Sports Composite team rankings. He’s the 3rd defensive line recruit to commit to A&M.
