Kentucky CB enters transfer portal after 1 season in Lexington, per report

Kentucky cornerback Andre Stewart has entered the transfer portal after just 1 season in Lexington. Well, kind of 1 season. Stewart, a 3-star in the Class of 2022, joined the Wildcats in January of 2022 as a mid-year enrollee.

And after never seeing the field and what is assumed to have been a spring practice that did not meet his expectations, Stewart is in the portal.

Stewart attended Marietta High School, Brookwood and North Cobb high schools in Georgia and was rated as the No. 52 overall cornerback in the Class of 2022 rankings according to 247Sports. He held offers from Tennessee, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Miami and others.
