With fall camp underway, Kentucky appears to have most of its roster available to practice. On Saturday, Wildcats head coach Mark Stoops shared the latest on the team’s COVID-19 situation.

The UK coach told reporters that 3 players are currently out due to positive tests. One of those players had already been quarantined due to his exposure to the coronavirus.

If the trio of Wildcats players is able to fully recover, the players should have time to get back to practice before UK’s season-opener. In the updated SEC schedule for 2020, Kentucky is now scheduled to open against Auburn on Sept. 26. The Cats will be playing in front of a crowd of mostly AU students on The Plains. BetOnline.ag has Kentucky as a 7.5-point underdog against the Tigers.
