John Calipari’s staff has landed a big addition for Kentucky’s 2021 recruiting class with TyTy Washington pledging to the Wildcats on Wednesday night.
The Chandler (Arizona) Compass Prep standout is listed at 6-3, 185 pounds and rated 5-stars, the No. 3 point guard and No. 21 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2021 on the 247Sports Composite. Washington was verbally committed to Creighton from Nov. 15, 2020, to March 11, 2021. Kentucky extended its scholarship offer on April 13.
Washington’s other finalists were LSU, Arizona, Baylor, Kansas and Oregon.
