In a matter of minutes, Kentucky’s 2018 recruiting class jumped from one commit to three in a hurry Tuesday morning. Moments after defensive lineman Davoan Hawkins pledged to UK, his high school teammate receiver Marvin Alexander also joined Kentucky’s latest recruiting class.

Don’t look now, but Kentucky is turning Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida into quite the recruiting pipeline:

The 6-foot-3, 175-pound Alexander is not currently ranked by 247Sports but he does hold scholarship offers from UCF, Southern Miss, UAB, ECU, Appalachian State, and Syracuse.

Based on his junior season highlight reel, it appears the Wildcats could have unearthed a real gem in Alexander.
