Kentucky picks up commitment from 2019 Georgia LB, beating out Alabama, Georgia and others

2019 OLB Tra Wilkins may only be a 3-star recruit, but that hasn’t stopped him from drawing the attention of major programs.
Wilkins, a Georgia native, has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and other national powerhouse programs.
But, on Monday night, Wilkins tweeted that he was committing to Kentucky, as you can see in his Twitter post below:

According to the 247Sports composite, Wilkins is the No. 68 outside linebacker in the class of 2019 and the No. 103 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.
The Wildcats now have eight players in their 2019 class. Prior to Wilkins’ commitment, the class was ranked No. 12 in the SEC and No. 58 nationally, per 247Sports.
