Kentucky quarterback Stephen Johnson savagely trolled South Carolina — twice — on Sunday morning.
The Wildcats knocked off the Gamecocks on the road Saturday night 23-13, and Kentucky seemed to have more energy as the game progressed. It may have had a little extra motivation.
As Johnson pointed out Sunday, South Carolina apparently refused to shake hands during the opening coin toss. The Wildcats may have felt disrespected by that move. Thus, they proceeded to hand the Gamecocks a loss.
When defensive end Denzil Ware tweeted that his quarterback was “the LIT” on Sunday morning, Johnson replied, “What you get when you don’t shake hands at the coin flip.”
Johnson can be seen in the photo tweeted by Ware with his tongue out as a Gamecocks defender approaches him.
