You can add another interesting name to the ever-expanding list of players in the NCAA transfer portal. This time, it is one of Kentucky’s starting receivers that has entered his name into the database.

Rising senior Tavin Richardson is exploring his options heading into his final collegiate season as his name now appears in the NCAA transfer portal. A full list of the FBS players currently in the portal can be viewed here in 247Sports’ transfer portal database.

Richardson started 11 games for the Wildcats last season and appeared in all 13 games. He also appeared in all 13 games for Kentucky as a sophomore. During his three-year college career, Richardson has 49 catches for 655 yards and one touchdown.

Entering the transfer portal does not guarantee a prospect is leaving his team, but it does grant other programs permission to contact them regarding a transfer.

The Duncan, S.C., native signed with Kentucky as a three-star member of the team’s 2015 recruiting class.
