Kentucky will be throwing down with Clemson in the Gator Bowl on Dec. 29 in Jacksonville, Florida.
It has been a long time since the Tigers and Wildcats played each other. Kentucky and Clemson last met in the 2009 Music City Bowl. The Tigers won that game 21-13.
The last 2 meetings have both been in the Music City Bowl for Kentucky and Clemson.

The Wildcats ended the regular season with a huge upset in the Governor’s Cup over No. 10 Louisville. Ray Davis scored the go-ahead touchdown with 1:02 left in the game.
The Kentucky defense then stepped up by picking off Jack Plummer to seal the deal. The Wildcats won their 5th game in a row over the Cardinals 38-31.
Clemson ended the year on a 4-game winning streak. The Tigers come into the matchup at 8-4 after beating South Carolina in their most recent game 16-7.
Kentucky and Clemson will be playing each other for the 1st time since 2009. Kickoff will be at noon ET on ESPN.
