If Big Blue Nation has any say, Kentucky has found its quarterback.

Do-it-all athlete Lynn Bowden Jr. stepped in at QB for the Wildcats in Week 7. Bowden carried UK to a 24-20 home victory over Arkansas on Saturday at Kroger Field. The electric junior ran the ball 24 times, notching 196 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He also threw the ball for 78 yards and a touchdown on 7-of-11 passing.

Bowden’s big game has made him the new fan favorite in Lexington. On Sunday, he took to social media to make sure the Kentucky fans knew he appreciated their support while expressing his pride for his UK teammates.

Next up for Bowden and company is a road game at No. 10 Georgia. The game is set for a 6 p.m. ET kickoff and will air on ESPN.
